"Since earning the recognition of his peers in the form of Crew's Choice Award (October 2012), Lieutenant Commander Robert Hogan has continued to demonstrate a level of quality in his interactions with members of this crew. Of particular note has been the very realistic way in which Lieutenant Commander Hogan dealt with the in-character decision to leave Lieutenant Darvetti in command of the bridge rather than him. "It is never easy for a player to remain invested in a simulation when their character is not as often involved in the main mission development or heavy action posting sequences as others might be. Lieutenant Lysander, MD has demonstrated outstanding quality in her interactions with members of this crew as well as a genuine interest in doing her part to develop what relationships both in and out-of-character she can with her peers.
