		Post of the Month One post a month is nominated from each ship and is voted on by the COs		Details
		Red Wire Shield Awarded to personnel who succeed in situations of ordinance disposal, in which loss of life or severe injury is imminently possible – the crewmember cannot have been ordered to do this. Also validly awarded to personnel who suffer serious injury while attempting to save lives in this manner. This award can be given posthumously.		Details
		Simulation Contribution Award For players who make valuable contributions to the simulation out of character (Assisting the command staff, graphics/website help, recruiting new players, etc)		Details
		Tasha Yar Medal of Honor This award is given to those who have risked their lives in Close Protection duties, regardless of injuries sustained. Note – the recipient must have committed an act of bravery and/or gallantry in an effort to save their subject from death or injury.		Details
		Technical Award Given to crewmembers that follow and integrate the technical aspects of the Star Trek universe into their posts		Details
		Character of the Year This is awarded annually (normally in January) - CO's may nominate anyone from their simm, citing reasons (Sample posts may be requested)		Details
		CO of the Year This is awarded annually (normally in January) CO’s are nominated by their crew, Task Force COs, and Task Group COs. Once again reasons supporting the nomination are required, but post samples are not.		Details
		Post of the Year A post which demonstrates good quality writing and is considered the best of the year; voted on by COs & FC.		Details
		Simm of the Year Recognizing the simm which has excelled in all aspects of simming and is a credit to Horizon Fleet both in and out of character		Details
		XO of the Year This is awarded annually (normally in January) CO's may nominate their XO, citing reasons for their nomination (Sample posts may be requested)		Details
