Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is my pleasure to announce the arrival of Lieutenant Commander Robert Hogan, the USS Yorktown's new Chief Engineering Officer. Lieutenant Commander Hogan comes to us with some interesting personal and professional experiences prior to his arrival aboard the Yorktown. I look forward to serving with him as we continue our journey toward Cardassian space.
