The battle bridge is an auxiliary control center located on Federation starships that acted as a supplemental control center to the bridge and main engineering. If necessary, a starship could be controlled from this room alone.

| Description | The battle bridge is an auxiliary control center located on Federation starships. The main bridge and battle bridge are connected by a dedicated emergency turbolift which can also be accessed from other decks. The battle bridge can also be entered by standard turbolift or through a corridor on deck fifteen. ==Layout== To keep in tune with changing technologies, the battle bridge is modular like the main bridge. The version currently in use aboard Legacy-class starships has the captain's chair in the center with conn and ops to either side of the forward viewscreen. Two duty stations located at the back of the bridge serve primarily as tactical and engineering, though either can be configured for specialized usage. A turbolift alcove to port allows for direct access to the ship's turbolift system as well as an emergency turbolift from the main bridge. |
