	XO's Merit Award Awarded Sun Dec 2nd, 2012 @ 2:58pm Nominated by Lieutenant Commander Xavier Nor'el	Since coming aboard Lieutenant Darvetti has had some excellent posts showing both her character at work as well as outside of her duties. She also stepped forward during the odd request to have her take command during one JP and was able to adjust quite well despite it being an unusual request.
