November 2012 Monthly Awards Recipients Announced

Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is my privilege and honor to announce the recipients of the November 2012 monthly awards. Please join me in congratulating the following members of our simulation on their well-earned achievements.
Captain's Merit: Lieutenant Commander Robert Hogan ~ "Since earning the recognition of his peers in the form of Crew's Choice Award (October 2012), Lieutenant Commander Robert Hogan has continued to demonstrate a level of quality in his interactions with members of this crew. Of particular note has been the very realistic way in which Lieutenant Commander Hogan dealt with the in-character decision to leave Lieutenant Darvetti in command of the bridge rather than him. I look forward to what Mister Hogan will bring to this community as we continue into the days and weeks ahead." - Captain Tobias Naros
Crew's Choice: Lieutenant Aniela Darvetti ~ "Elected by a vote of her peers, Lieutenant Darvetti has demonstrated herself to be one who does not shy away from becoming involved with this simulation. We look forward to what Miss Darvetti will continue to accomplish in the weeks and months to come." - Captain Tobias Naros
XO's Merit Award: PENDING ~ At the time of publication, no nomination for the XO's Merit Award had been submitted. Notification will be distributed once the recipient of this award has been chosen.
Most Improved Player: Lieutenant Torin Drell ~ "It is never easy for a player to remain invested in a simulation when the demands of real life insistently call upon their time. Lieutenant Torin Drell has demonstrated himself to be of outstanding quality in his responses to joint mission posts despite the continued demands employment has placed upon his time. I look forward to what Mister Drell will bring to this community as he is able to become more involved in the days and weeks to come." - Captain Tobias Naros
Service Time Awards: Lieutenant Commander Xavier Nor'el and Lieutenant Ophelia Lysander will both be receiving their Three Month Service Cross in recognition of three months' service to the USS Yorktown simulation.
Congratulations to our November monthly award recipients! I look forward to what exciting things await us all in the weeks and months to come. Bring on that horizon!
